Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Aydınlatma Metni

Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi uyarınca, browsergames.com.tr adresindeki web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinde kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiği hakkında seni bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Türkiye dışındaki ziyaretçiler için Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Kişisel verilerin, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Browser Games (browsergames.com.tr) tarafından işlenmektedir. İletişim: [email protected].

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

Sitede üyelik, form veya ödeme bulunmaz; adın, e-posta adresin gibi doğrudan kimlik bilgilerini toplamayız. Yalnızca aşağıdaki veriler işlenir:

• Çevrim içi tanımlayıcılar: Google Analytics tarafından atanan rastgele çerez kimliği ve IP adresi (yalnızca yaklaşık konum türetmek için kullanılır, Google Analytics 4 tarafından saklanmaz).
• Cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri: cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, tarayıcı, ekran çözünürlüğü, dil.
• Site kullanım verileri: görüntülenen sayfalar, tıklanan oyunlar, oyunlarda geçirilen süre, site içi aramalar, dil tercihi, ziyaret tarihi ve süresi, siteye nereden gelindiği.

3. İşleme amaçları

• Sitenin ve oyunların ne kadar ilgi gördüğünü istatistiksel olarak ölçmek,
• İçeriği, oyun seçkisini ve kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek,
• Teknik hataları (ör. yüklenemeyen oyunlar) tespit etmek ve gidermek,
• Dil tercihi gibi ayarları hatırlamak.

Veriler reklam, profilleme veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep

Veriler, siteyi ziyaret ettiğinde çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler aracılığıyla otomatik yollarla toplanır. Dil ve çerez tercihinin saklanması, hizmetin sunulması için zorunlu olup KVKK m.5/2-c ve m.5/2-f'ye dayanır. Analitik verilerin işlenmesi, KVKK m.5/2-f uyarınca siteyi geliştirmeye yönelik meşru menfaatimize dayanır; analitik çerezleri sitedeki çerez bandından veya Çerez Politikası sayfasından dilediğin zaman reddedebilirsin.

5. Aktarım

Analitik veriler, hizmet sağlayıcımız Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited'e ve bu şirketlerin yurt dışındaki (ABD dahil) sunucularına aktarılır. Ayrıca yazı tiplerinin yüklenmesi sırasında IP adresin Google Fonts'a, sitenin sunulması sırasında barındırma hizmet sağlayıcımız Cloudflare, Inc.'e iletilir. Bu aktarımlar KVKK m.8 ve m.9 hükümlerine uygun olarak, yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı şekilde gerçekleştirilir. Veriler başka hiçbir üçüncü kişiyle paylaşılmaz.

6. Saklama süresi

Google Analytics'teki kullanıcı ve etkinlik düzeyindeki veriler 14 ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Tarayıcında tutulan tercihler (dil ve çerez tercihi) sen silene kadar kalır; oyun süresi ölçümü için tutulan geçici kayıt sekmeyi kapattığında silinir. Google Analytics çerezleri en fazla 2 yıl tarayıcında kalır.

7. KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki hakların

Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak:

• Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
• KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
• Düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
• Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhine bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
• Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraman hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahipsin. Başvurularını [email protected] adresine iletebilirsin; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you how your personal data is processed when you visit browsergames.com.tr. Visitors outside Türkiye are covered by our Privacy Policy.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Browser Games (browsergames.com.tr) as the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

2. Personal data we process

The site has no accounts, forms or payments; we do not collect direct identifiers such as your name or email address. We only process:

• Online identifiers: a random cookie ID assigned by Google Analytics and your IP address (used only to derive approximate location; not stored by Google Analytics 4).
• Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution, language.
• Usage data: pages viewed, games clicked, time spent in games, on-site searches, language preference, visit date and duration, referring source.

3. Purposes

• Measuring, in aggregate, how much interest the site and its games receive,
• Improving content, game selection and user experience,
• Detecting and fixing technical issues (e.g. games that fail to load),
• Remembering settings such as your language.

Your data is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing.

4. Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site. Storing your language and cookie preferences is necessary to provide the service and is based on KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f. Analytics processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving the site (KVKK Art. 5/2-f); you can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner or the Cookie Policy page.

5. Transfers

Analytics data is transferred to our service provider Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited and their servers abroad (including the USA). Your IP address is also sent to Google Fonts when fonts load, and to our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. when the site is served. These transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9 and only for the purposes above. Data is not shared with any other third party.

6. Retention

User- and event-level data in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 14 months. Preferences stored in your browser (language and cookie choice) remain until you clear them; the temporary record used to measure play time is deleted when you close the tab. Google Analytics cookies stay in your browser for up to 2 years.

7. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7,
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties,
• Object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
